Yes: The answer names example-shop.hr.

Yes: It cites example-shop.hr, as source 2 of 2.

For garden tools delivered in Croatia, two shops come up most often. Garden Market ships across Croatia within 3 working days, and Example Shop has the larger range of hand tools, with free delivery over 50 EUR.

If you need heavier equipment such as lawnmowers or tillers, compare the delivery fees first: both charge extra for parcels over 30 kg, and Garden Market lets you collect in Zagreb.

Sources it cited

  1. Garden Market Croatia garden-market.example.com
  2. Garden tools | Example Shop example-shop.hryour site

Cited most: garden-market.example.com (2), example-shop.hr (1).

What the AI citation checker shows

The question your page should answer, asked of a real AI assistant, and every source its answer cites.

  • The question from your page

We read your page's title (or its first heading) and ask it the way people ask an assistant. You can type your own question instead.

  • Cited or not, and where

If your site is among the sources, you see in which place the answer first cites it.

  • Who is cited instead

Every cited site is listed with how often it is cited, so you see which pages the assistant trusts for your topic.

  • Reads only your page's title

We fetch your page once, through the same safe fetcher our reports use, and send only the question to Claude, never the page itself.

How the AI citation checker works

  1. Enter your page

Paste the address of the page you want cited. Add a question if the title does not say what the page answers.

  2. Claude answers with search

Claude searches the web and answers the question as it would for a user in the country you picked, citing its sources.

  3. See the citations

Your page is marked when it is cited, with its place, and the other cited sites are listed with what they have in common.

One answer is a sample, and AI answers change from week to week. Only Claude is asked for now; ChatGPT and Perplexity join when they are switched on.

AI citation checker questions

How do I check if AI cites my website?

Paste the page you want cited. We ask Claude, with web search, the question the page answers and list every source the answer cites, with your site marked if it is one of them. Run it again in a few weeks after you change the page: answers are cached for a week, so the next week's run asks fresh.

Why is my page not cited by AI?

Usually one of three things: the AI crawler cannot read the page (robots.txt, a firewall or content that needs JavaScript), the page does not answer the question in its first lines, or other pages state the facts more clearly. Start with the AI crawlers check, then the passage quotability checker on the page's text.

How do AI assistants choose which sources to cite?

They search, read the top results and quote the passages that answer the question most directly, with specific facts. Pages that are clear, current and easy to read without JavaScript are cited more often. A strong search ranking helps, but it is not the whole story.

Which question do you ask?

The page's title without the site name, asked as a question, or the first heading when the title is empty. If that is not the question your page answers, type the question yourself: a page about delivery times answers 'how fast do you deliver to Zagreb?', not its title.

How many pages can I check?

3 checks a day from one connection, shared with the AI brand mention checker. The same question in the same week is answered from the cache, which is free for us and instant for you.
