Help and support
getReport for WordPress is free, and so is the help. Most answers are already in the documentation; for everything else, ask and a person answers.
Start with the documentation
The documentation covers every screen and every fix. The sections people need most:
- Troubleshooting: Connect can’t confirm the site, no AI crawler visits yet, the audit seems stuck.
- Fixes, and how Undo works: what each fix changes and how to put it back.
- What leaves your site, and when.
- Deactivate or delete.
Ask in the support forum
The getReport support forum on WordPress.org is the main place for questions and bug reports. Answers there help the next person with the same problem too. You need a free WordPress.org account to post.

What to include
- Your plugin and WordPress versions: getReport → Settings → Advanced lists them, with the page cache it detected. The current version is 2.2.3.
- The screen you were on, what you clicked, and what you expected.
- The exact message, if there is one. A screenshot helps.
- Your security plugin, firewall or CDN (Wordfence, Cloudflare and so on), if the problem is with Connect or the access test.
Private questions and security reports
Anything you’d rather not post in public, such as your site’s address or a security problem in the plugin, goes to hello@getreport.app. Please don’t post security problems in the forum.
